Taking place over 4 Wednesdays from 11th May to 1st June This hands-on, skills-based series covers the skills that home cooks need to take their culinary education to the next level.

About the Event
Each week we'll focus on different cooking techniques so that you will develop the confidence to cook more at home.
- Week 1: Knife Skills & Vegetables
- Week 2: Chicken Technique – including spatchcocking, pan sauce and stock.
- Week 3: Egg Techniques – will cover separating eggs and whipping whites as you learn how to poach eggs and make perfect omelettes, as well as mousse and soufflé.
- Week 4: Beef & Pork Techniques – understanding searing and brown braising.
